If the booking is made prior to four weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 25% of the rental price is to be forwarded by cheque, automatic bank transfer, or PayPal with the booking form. The remaining balance of the rental sum and the security deposit of GBP100 are then due four weeks prior to the letting.
If the booking is made within four weeks of the letting the whole of the rental payment is to be forwarded with your booking form, together with the security deposit of GBP100.
The security deposit will be returned to the renter within 2 weeks of their return from holiday.
Payments can be made by personal cheque, online transfer in sterling to a First Direct (HSBC) bank account or PayPal. IBAN number and SWIFT code details are supplied on request. Please note all transfer charges are the resposibility of the renter.
We advise our renters arrange their own insurance cover whilst they are on holiday.Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is requested more than eight weeks in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be returned to the renter. If the cancellation is requested within the four weeks prior to the letting the owner will retain the GBP100 rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let Dar Doughri for this period). Continental breakfast: 25 dirhams per person,
